Little Dipper will do our very best to ship your order within 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that we are a mama-run business and to show a little grace if slightly delayed.

Once a packaged order has left our possession and is with the mail carrier, Little Dipper is not responsible for loss, theft, or damages. You will receive tracking updates via email to be able to follow your order.

Currently, Little Dipper is only shipping to the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We hope if the future to cross international waters and will keep you updated when we do.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We hope you understand our priority is to keep all of your little ones safe. Due to sanitation concerns relating to our products, we do NOT accept returns.

If we sent you the wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience and will quickly send your accurate order along with a prepaid return envelope for the product that we previously shipped.

Warranty

Little Dipper stands behind the quality of our tested products, and your loyalty is very important to us. Little Dipper products are covered by a 30-day warranty. This warranty requires proof of the original purchase.

The following issues are covered under the warranty:

• Snaps and Zippers

• Sewing and manufacture defects that affect functionality.

All other issues are not covered under the warranty, including, but not limited to:

• Leaks. This issue is usually caused by improper fit. Every baby is different and sizing/fit will vary. Be sure take a look at our size chart prior to ordering. Please remember our products are meant for the water, our Dipper Diaper is only mildly absorbent not to be used or replaced as a dry land diaper. We are very open to your feedback please email help@littledipswim.com with suggestions for improvements.
• Normal wear and tear. Such as pilling, staining, holes that develop with use, relaxed elastics, odors, etc.
• Other issues caused by improper care. Please follow our wash and care guidelines to avoid.

If your claim is accepted, we will replace your item free of cost. Little Dipper manufacturers in limited quantities and, therefore, depending on current availability, the warranty replacement may not be the same print or color as the original purchase.
